Blood and Sand
This drink is based on a novel and movie of the same name in which a poor Matador does good but in the process is caught between his wife and his mistress. Careful out there!

Ingredients
Scotch 1 oz
Cherry Heering 0.75 oz
Sweet Vermouth 0.75 oz
Orange Juice 0.75 oz
Orange peel 1
Directions
- Add Scotch, Cherry Heering, Vermouth and Orange Juice to shaker
- Fill with ice
- Shake 10-15 times
- Strain into Cocktail glass and garnish with Orange peel
